POST#4 REASON WHY THEY CHANGE MURDER TO HOMICIDE

Murder means  the unlawful intentional killing of a human being.......Homicide means killed a human being unintentionally and was not planned......With this description, you can already think ..what happen to michael is not homicide...a large dose beyond toxic level of diprivan(anesthetic drug) reveals in his toxicology report...Normally diprivan or other anesthetic drugs  are only used in an operating room which is equipped  with monitoring device....monitoring heart beat...pulse rate.... respiratory rate and    may i say this is very important  before giving the right dosage for each patients...THE BODY WEIGHT   should be known first  so that right  dose can be given...ANESTHESIOLOGIST  is the only authorized doctor to administer anesthesia.....when a person is under anesthesia  all  his senses are all cast out...put in a very deep sleep...that`s why people who will undergoe surgery like me i undergoe a major surgery 3 years ago... your life is 50-50% risk...so you have to choose a competent doctor that will asses your health if you are capable to survive in a surgical procedure...giving anesthesia to a patient is first step in surgery....So i don`t know why arnold klien prescribed or treated michael jackson with diprivan....let`s take a look on daily routine michael in a diprivan treatment:

At 12 midnight michael should not take water or food (this is an standard procedure when given anesthesia to prevent vomiting that may lead to choke during under the influence of diprivan)..and no strenous exercise should  be made.... since in the morning 8 am he is scheduled to be given a dose of diprivan to sleep...the effect of diprivan should wane after 2 hours it was given  so by 10 am michael starts to recover but still half a sleep and half awake...so he will continue his sleep for another  4-6 hours...by 2-4 pm afternoon michael is totally awake .....so he have 8 hours left  or i should say  8 hours per  day to eat his breakfast...lunch...and dinner...take a bath.... brush his teeth....to go exercise ...  before withdrawal of food again  by 12 midnight ..

.the amount of food his taking is not enough to replenish his calories needed with this kind of lifestyle.....for sure his body weight will decrease upto such a point  he become malnourished......disease comes in because he have weak defense mechanism because of malnutrition....

medical licensure board should take a  look on the line of treatment done by arnold klien before we go to murray...arnold klien should be invited  during the trial on the homicide case of michael because he holds the medical history and medical records  of michael since 1985-86 upto 2009....he should present to the court his   DIAGNOSIS  WHY HE PRESCRIBED DIPRIVAN...mind you guys treatment without diagnosis is drug pushing.. So if he  have diagnosis ..it is supported by examinations he made like vital signs every check up and body weight monitoring  and laboritory test made  anything that would support his diagnosis if he had....Me and other physician will say diprivan is not the cure for insomia........Michael develop insomia because of the line of treatment arnold klien given him....lets look back, after the pepsi accident he had 3rd degree burn on his scalp..arnold klien gave him     anxiety drug that can not be taken as a maintenance drug meaning it can not be taken for a long time because it has a side effect developing insomia to the patient....when michael develop insomia he gave sedative to put michael to sleep ... again  it can not be use as a maintenance drug because it has a side effect of anorexia...when michael is immune with sedatives he combine sedatives with diprivan.......you will notice from the data i gathered michael  is dependent on arnold klien for drugs he used for maintenance....he brain wash michael that these  are the  things he needed....So when murray was hired by aeg for michael as his physician  he just follow the line of treatment arnold klien given or arnold klien uses him only as a front

.Did murray  ever seen michael alive ???? because if he did he will give food not anethesia because if you  will read the autopsy report michael have no food in his stomach ...bleeding intestines and weighing 112 lbs of man with a height of 5`11"...upon seeing his patient michael in this condition...he looks like a skeleton  ...no flesh but skin and bones....in this condition murray can already asses his judgement if he will give diprivan or not...but still diprivan is given knowing that a slight dose of diprivan can kill the patient and worst lethal dose were  given traced in the toxicology report.......toxic level or overdosage of anesthesia  like diprivan  will cause EUTHANASIA....killing the person or putting the person to sleep forever......

So with this evidences and conclusion made by physicians who have read the autopsy report that michael case is a 2nd degree murder not homicide....THIS IS THE REASON WHY THEY USES HOMICIDE  wherein it pertains only to 1 person in question but if you will make it murder...the investigation will start from the last people michael have argued, had dispute,or enemies for the last 5-10 years of his life...and the finger is pinpointing to sony.....SO I HOPE  KAMALA  D. HARRIS WILL REVIEW THE CASE OF MICHAEL JACKSON....I HOPE JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED....

POST#3 DEFEND MICHAEL AND MICHAEL ESTATE

Attorney Oxman says it is a 2nd degree murder on michael`s case...the doctor that performing the autopsy can say it is a murder case based on his experience.....doctors attended michael in emergency room in ucla where michael was brought have observed that michael body have a lividity already which the body is dead for 6-8 hours already.....so they ask murray to sign on  the confirmation data filed in the hospital since he is the first doctor who saw the dead body of michael but murray refuse to sign.....why because maybe he was not there when michael died..there were rumors that murray was in a bar having a drink alone the night michael was killed.
murray knew the plans that there were plans to kill michael....the latest that i read is that murray is pin pointing arnold klien responsible for the killing of michael who administered  the diprivan .....of course  murdering a person is not a easy task......it is planned by 3-5 people it can not be done by one person alone ..first you should have the motive why you have to kill the person...maybe michael  refuses or against there will....second the venue, where the killing will be done so as not the public may not discover ..the killer should have connection on the owner of the venue....3rd factor in murdering is timing...so they planned a concert so they can control michael because the concert promoter dictates what michael should do like as if  they own michael......4th  factor is weapon used in murdering ..it is diprivan they use....because they declare michael is a drug addict.....so no one will dare to ask why he died......if you will scrutinize the music career of michael why did sony kept michael from 1986-2001 ...if michael was a drug addict....child molester.....jacko wacko...all of those tag in his name....pepsi  did not continue there endorsement contract with michael after the 1993 molestation charges in 1993...why did sony continue michael as there talent recording artist of sony for many years.......because of the contract agreements says that the artist should not be involved on misconduct that can affect the image of the company.....why?  because sony is part of the negative publicity and  they pay for it........as the album promotion....so you will notice  everytime sony will  sell new mj album.....negative publicity like the molestation charges wayback.....come up again and again......they want michael not because he is michael jackson...they want michael because michael owns half of sony......this is michael says in his video 2002 ...he owns half of sony........this is the reason why they made it homicide  so that one person is blamed......homicide case declaration  was the responsibility of the district attorney coolie...he knows that it is murder and he change it to homicide as a cover up to the big people behind this murder...in which THEY ARE  his financial supporters of the recent election for the position of attorney general......I HOPE NEWLY ELECTED KAMALA D HARRIS ATTORNEY GENERAL TO REVIEW AND DECLARE IT AS A  2ND DEGREE MURDER CASE......atty.oxman and mr.joe jackson should not stop find ways to defend michael and his estate and  stop the evil things done to michael....IF HE WILL NOT DO IT NOW   WHEN WILL HE DO IT......TODAY IS THE START OF  A NEW BEGINNING.....TO ALL MJ FANS WORLD WIDE LET US UNITE AND STAND AS ONE.......BOYCOTT SONY    !!!!!!!!!!!!!THE JACKSON FAMILY CAN NOT LIVE FOREVER IN THE SHADOW OF SONY... POST#2 THE JACKSON FAMILY SHOULD CONTEST THE ILL LAST WILL

The Jackson family should contest the last ill will....Atty. Oxman lawyer of the jackson family should pursue his claim that the signature of michael in that ill last will is not his....Mr. Joe Jackson should file an appeal to review and examine thoroughly the signature of michael in that ill last will  in court of appeal to contest the ill  last  will ...He have all the right because he is the father of michael jackson.....A signature specialist have been interviewed and have told his judgement upon seeing the signature in the ill last will and the original signature specimen taken from michael personal documents....he says that it is obvious its not michael`s signature......personally i can conclude that its not michael`s signature even if i`m not there...why? because if you will trace back the personal  life of michael ...He was in a hurry to marry and have children....but lisa was`nt ready  for that because of the entourage of michael.....they did not divorce bec. they did not love each other but because of the people influencing michael... After the divorce ,they still see each other and support each other....After that michael was really in a rush to have children  so he marry debbie inorder to have a children ...it was marriage for convenience.......2 children in 2 years of marriage......that`s really fast and wanted more he had the 3rd child in a sorogate mother and blanket was born 2002....Definitely he will not make a ill last will because automatic when he dies his children is the direct heirs of all of  what he have.......And one thing i notice in judge bechkleoffe he did not challenge the 2 thieves branca and mcclain to prove that ill last will is real and true.....He deprived the legal rights of the children  as the heirs of michael  jackson estate which is unlawful........i hope mr. joe jackson  persistently  voice out his grief and protect the interest of the 3 three children  as michael would want .HE..HAS THE RIGHT BECAUSE HE IS THE GRANDFATHER OF THIS KIDS.....WETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT.....
