STOCKHOLDERS is the capital of a company or corporation,divided into portions or shares ....IS SONY IN THE BRINK OF BANKRUPTCY????? 1995 Guys sony will not sell their shares of stock if the company is doing good....this an alternate route to revive and survive a company which is sinking......why???because the profit of the company will only go to the company itself but if sony have stockholders, the profit are divided accordingly to sony and its stockholders.....less profit for sony...I`M SURE THIS IS THE REASON WHY THEY SELL THEIR SHARE TO MICHAEL JACKSON A SHARE WORTH 600 MIL $ DURING THAT TIME 1995...OWNING HALF OF SONY !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Since michael was a talent of sony ..... a mega wealthy... and a stock holder... he was persuaded by his entertaiment lawyer branca to joint venture with sony for a bigger profit and new avenues for his atv catalogues ...Aside of being sony stockholder...he became a business partner of sony under the business name sony/atv music publishing......1995 ...guys you`ll notice removing the slash ..it will read sony atv music publishing...so the business name itself already have problem i may say suspicious...
let`s go back to the topic michael as a stockholder....one of the functions of a stockholder is to look after the welfare of its constituents like the royalties paid in its talents...the basis of royalties is the # of copies recorded and distributed and sold......if you will hear closely the video of michael while staging a protest against sony...he also mentioned other black artist that are manipulated and exploited by sony......was not given fair treatment......THIS IS THE REASON WHY SONY GET MAD WITH MICHAEL BECAUSE MICHAEL IS EXPOSING TO THE PUBLIC THAT SONY HAS A MONKEY BUSINESS WITH ITS BLACK TALENTS...

Michael wanted to start a new beginning of his career without sony...His talent manager then accepted a documentary film in london by bashir...living with michael jackson...michael trusted and in good faith ...he wants to promote neverland and to show the public world wide its beauty ....and michael says neverland is his totality......So he thought it is good start....to move on......but it did not happen as he expected....martin bashir makes a malicious remarks and defamed the name of michael..misinterpreting the statements of during the interview....my question is this why did the talent manage of michael did not see the editing of the film before it was shown in public ??? so much so to prevent the misinterpretaion of the public but weisner did not do anything to protect michael.......I`m really curious how do this kids get the idea to sue michael wherein michael helped them and they enjoyed in neverland......So if they are truely molested they should have filed a molestation charge right a way not after the showing of the documentary film.....not conincident...because of this michael undergo a police brutality when he was arrested ..he suffered alot...dislocated arms and shoulder that leads him to take more pain killers which was rumored he was addicted to drugs...but i don`t know why klien and other doctors who treated him did not advice him ..to have an executive check up for that matter and if you will scrutinize the line up doctors that treated him...you`ll find out there`s no orthopedist......with this negligence or part of the plan , then michael`s health starts to deteriorate......becomes thinner and thinner each day...no proper nourishment at all.....since michael financial maintenance monthly is 1 mil $...so he have to work and find a way to pay all his obligations...because of the molestation charge his career was halted...he have to bail out ...additioanl cash out...from 2003-2005....his obligations unpaid bills piled up...i`m thinking while reseaching the life of michael ..i ask my self if this a part of the plan...to drain his cash and later ask sony for financial help ...and then sony will buy out his atv publishing .........michael after acquittal 2005, he is in a rush look for people who will help him to start a new again for the 2nd time but to no avail.....he was always redirected to sony...but michael refuses upto the point he was sued for not complying with the contract......For the 3rd time attempt he ask help from the mcmillan londell group of company owned by barrack...that`s where he got aeg and again he was forced to collaborate with sony but still michael refuses and he was killed.....mind you guys michael have bruises in his autopsy report meaning there is struggle before he died.......michael was not even buried or his murder was not even done aeg ...sony and the acting estate administrator are all busy doing the this is it film deal ...they did even goe to the funeral to pay respect to michael.......again this is not conincidental

JAMES BROWN...these people are not broadcast and mentioned in the lifetime achivement michael longtime music career.....they are the people who helped and lead michael to stardom....Today michael is MICHAEL JACKSON THE KING OF POP is because of them....Michael`s greatest and only one inspiration is Mr.James Brown.....if you will see the very first videoof michael 6-7 years old...you`ll find out he dances the dance moves of james brown.He told in the funeral of James Brown 2006 that he was enlightened when he was still 6 years old of what he wanted to be and what to do of his lifetime because of Mr.James Brown....He wanted to be an entertainment like Mr.James Brown......Mr. Berry Gordy, the owner of MOTOWN RECORDS...The Jackson Family never knew that they will reach stardom...famous and wealthy...they belong to the working class of america...and a big family ...having 9 children...they helped each other to look for additional income to fend themselves..singing in night shows as an amateur singers in black american crowd.....This is the humble beginnings of the jackson family......Finally, they decided to join a singing contest in apollo theater in new york who have showtime every week.... crowd of black americans...

POST#4 REASON WHY THEY CHANGE MURDER TO HOMICIDE
Murder means the unlawful intentional killing of a human being.......Homicide means killed a human being unintentionally and was not planned......With this description, you can already think ..what happen to michael is not homicide...a large dose beyond toxic level of diprivan(anesthetic drug) reveals in his toxicology report...Normally diprivan or other anesthetic drugs are only used in an operating room which is equipped with monitoring device....monitoring heart beat...pulse rate.... respiratory rate and may i say this is very important before giving the right dosage for each patients...THE BODY WEIGHT should be known first so that right dose can be given...ANESTHESIOLOGIST is the only authorized doctor to administer anesthesia.....when a person is under anesthesia all his senses are all cast out...put in a very deep sleep...that`s why people who will undergoe surgery like me i undergoe a major surgery 3 years ago... your life is 50-50% risk...so you have to choose a competent doctor that will asses your health if you are capable to survive in a surgical procedure...giving anesthesia to a patient is first step in surgery....So i don`t know why arnold klien prescribed or treated michael jackson with diprivan....let`s take a look on daily routine michael in a diprivan treatment:
At 12 midnight michael should not take water or food (this is an standard procedure when given anesthesia to prevent vomiting that may lead to choke during under the influence of diprivan)..and no strenous exercise should be made.... since in the morning 8 am he is scheduled to be given a dose of diprivan to sleep...the effect of diprivan should wane after 2 hours it was given so by 10 am michael starts to recover but still half a sleep and half awake...so he will continue his sleep for another 4-6 hours...by 2-4 pm afternoon michael is totally awake .....so he have 8 hours left or i should say 8 hours per day to eat his breakfast...lunch...and dinner...take a bath.... brush his teeth....to go exercise ... before withdrawal of food again by 12 midnight ..
.the amount of food his taking is not enough to replenish his calories needed with this kind of lifestyle.....for sure his body weight will decrease upto such a point he become malnourished......disease comes in because he have weak defense mechanism because of malnutrition....
medical licensure board should take a look on the line of treatment done by arnold klien before we go to murray...arnold klien should be invited during the trial on the homicide case of michael because he holds the medical history and medical records of michael since 1985-86 upto 2009....he should present to the court his DIAGNOSIS WHY HE PRESCRIBED DIPRIVAN...mind you guys treatment without diagnosis is drug pushing.. At 12 midnight michael should not take water or food (this is an standard procedure when given anesthesia to prevent vomiting that may lead to choke during under the influence of diprivan)..and no strenous exercise should be made.... since in the morning 8 am he is scheduled to be given a dose of diprivan to sleep...the effect of diprivan should wane after 2 hours it was given so by 10 am michael starts to recover but still half a sleep and half awake...so he will continue his sleep for another 4-6 hours...by 2-4 pm afternoon michael is totally awake .....so he have 8 hours left or i should say 8 hours per day to eat his breakfast...lunch...and dinner...take a bath.... brush his teeth....to go exercise ... before withdrawal of food again by 12 midnight ..
.the amount of food his taking is not enough to replenish his calories needed with this kind of lifestyle.....for sure his body weight will decrease upto such a point he become malnourished......disease comes in because he have weak defense mechanism because of malnutrition....

POST#2 THE JACKSON FAMILY SHOULD CONTEST THE ILL LAST WILL
The Jackson family should contest the last ill will....Atty. Oxman lawyer of the jackson family should pursue his claim that the signature of michael in that ill last will is not his....Mr. Joe Jackson should file an appeal to review and examine thoroughly the signature of michael in that ill last will in court of appeal to contest the ill last will ...He have all the right because he is the father of michael jackson.....A signature specialist have been interviewed and have told his judgement upon seeing the signature in the ill last will and the original signature specimen taken from michael personal documents....he says that it is obvious its not michael`s signature......personally i can conclude that its not michael`s signature even if i`m not there...why? because if you will trace back the personal life of michael ...He was in a hurry to marry and have children....but lisa was`nt ready for that because of the entourage of michael.....they did not divorce bec. they did not love each other but because of the people influencing michael...
